When you drop your pup off, our team gets right to work. We start with a pre-bath brush to remove loose fur and work out any tangles before the water even turns on. From there, your dog gets a full wash, a thorough rinse, and a careful dry so their coat comes out clean and fresh, not just on the surface but all the way through. If we notice anything during the bath, like skin irritation, unusual bumps, or ear concerns, we will let you know so you can follow up with your vet. We treat every dog like our own, and that means paying attention to the details.
